Sliding Scale
As our primary consideration is a client's health maintenance, we offer a sliding scale to those who cannot afford
our regular rate. When scheduling an appointment, please let us know your situation.
Nobody will be declined our service
based upon their inability to pay. We urge all those who would like to receive our services, but find the price difficult,
contact us.
Sliding scale is offered on the honor system.
Humanitarian Pledge
We pledged a substantial percentage
of every sale of our services for charity.
Insurance

I suggest that you think of my services as something that you will pay for personally. That will both protect your
privacy and it will also help you to see more value on the work you are doing. Indeed, when you pay my services personally,
there are no limitations to the number of visits you may have and again it will protect your privacy and help you value the
work you are doing. These are great benefits to you.
My
services are eligible for reimbursement under your companies
flexible spending/flexible reimbursement (sometimes referred to as a cafeteria plan) account if they have such a program and
you participate in it. You must contact your Human Resources department for details.
Additionally, mental health expenses are a legitimate tax deduction if you itemize.
Confidentiality
I will not release any information to anyone without a written authorization from
you, except as provided by law.
You have a right to be allowed access to my written record about you.
