Joshua W. Utomo, M.Div.,
D.Hyp., C.Ht., is the founder and spokesperson of Heal & Grow Center™. He is the developer
of Heal & Grow Therapy (HGT™) and Waluyo Yogalatea™, Waluyo Noussomatherapy™, and Joyful
Smile-Hearty Laughter Formula (JS-HL=Formula O)™, and is a Personal Performance Coach, EFT Advance Trainer
and Practitioner, Sport-Yoga Certified Instructor, Pilate Certified Instructor, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Poet, Speaker/Trainer, and Puppetry/Master Storyteller.
He is a fully certified and a member in good standing with the
American Holistic Health Association (AHHA), National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), International Association
of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP), Professional Board of Hypnotherapy (PBH), the Association of
Ethical and Professional Hypnotherapists (MAEPH) and the American Alliance of Hypnotists (AAH).
He

people from past trauma and phobias; teaching them to create fulfilling relationships, resolve grief, cope with stress, overcome
worry, become more confident, achieve greater sense of self-esteem.

Joshua W. Utomo
earned his Master in Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Holy Cross School of Theology/Seminary, Brookline, MA
in 1999 and his Post-Master Certification in International Mission and Ecumenical Studies from Boston Theological
Institute (BTI), Newton, MA also in 1999.
He also took some Post-Graduate course works or Workshops
in the field of Spirituality, Human Services, Counseling, Theology, Psychology, and Mission (just to
name a few) at some universities including: Boston University, Harvard University, Boston College, Catholic
University in DC, Union Theological Seminary, NY, Jewish Theological Seminary, NY. In 1998 he attended a Summer Program at
Aristotle University in Thessalonika, Greece. He has been working in the field of Human Services, Pastoral Counseling, Personal/business
Couching and Psychotherapy since 1994.
